Description
This is a superior category extra virgin olive oil that has been obtained through Cold Extraction of olives which, just crushed, have not been filtered in any way. This oil is obtained exclusively from olives that are grown, harvested and pressed in Italy.
Characteristics
Appearance: Natural dense and cloudy appearance, characteristic of unfiltered olive oil.
Colour: Intense golden yellow with light green hues.
Smell and taste: Fruity aroma with pleasant herbal notes and with a full and harmonious taste.
Suggested uses: It is suitable for all dishes, especially raw on legumes, vegetables with vinaigrette, bruschette and any light tasting dishes. It is excellent on pottages, soups and red meat.

Storing:
Store the product at a temperature between 14 and 18 degrees Celsius, in a dry place away from light sources, which could accelerate oxidation.
