This is a superior category extra virgin olive oil that has been obtained through Cold Extraction of olives which, just crushed, have not been filtered in any way. This oil is rich in polyphenols and vitamin E, which are important natural antioxidants. This oil is obtained exclusively from olives that are grown, harvested and pressed in Italy and, since it is completely unfiltered olive oil, it may contain or form a sediment on the sides and at the bottom of the bottle over time.
Characteristics
Appearance: Natural dense and cloudy appearance, characteristic of unfiltered olive oil. The presence of any sediment on the bottom of bottle is absolutely normal, as it is the best representation of the characteristics of this product.
Colour: Intense golden yellow with light green hues.
Smell and taste: Fruity aroma with pleasant herbal notes and with a full and harmonious taste.
Suggested uses: It is suitable for all dishes, especially raw on legumes, vegetables with vinaigrette, bruschette and any light tasting dishes. It is excellent on pottages, soups and red meat.
